I'm Dr. Lara Shemtob, an occupational and family medicine physician and academic interested in the relationship between work, health and productivity.
My research and policy focus centers on on how organizations and indivdiuals can adapt to changing patterns of work, including changes catalyzed by new technology.
I write and speak about these issues through research, policy commentary and professional education.
